A luminous round gemstone framed by four sparkling natural diamonds in a delicate halo-inspired 14K solid gold design. Suspended from an 18-inch chain, this timeless necklace offers a refined pop of color and a beautiful way to celebrate a birthday, a milestone or your own personal style.
Choose your gemstone and gold color from the available combinations. Gemstone origins vary by selection: amethyst, aquamarine, Mozambique garnet and peridot are natural gemstones; blue sapphire, ruby and emerald are lab-grown gemstones. Every option features 0.04 total carat weight of natural diamond accents.

1. Order Processing & Handling
Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
In-stock jewelry is typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and recognized U.S. holidays.
Engagement Rings & Made-to-Order Jewelry
Engagement rings configured through our online ring builder, including the selection of a diamond, setting, and ring size, are generally made to order.
Estimated production and processing time is 2–5 weeks before shipment, depending on diamond availability, setting specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
Engraving & Personalization
Jewelry requiring engraving or additional personalization may require extra processing time.
Specialized Custom Jewelry
Requests involving original designs, CAD modeling, or specialized craftsmanship may be coordinated through independent jewelry designers and manufacturing partners.
These projects may require extended production timelines. Estimated completion and shipping dates will be provided individually before the customer approves the project.
2. Shipping Destinations
Lorelaii Atelier currently ships exclusively within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin once an order has shipped and do not include processing or production time.
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Secure Shipping & Signature Requirement
For the protection of our customers and their purchases, jewelry shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Customers should ensure that an authorized recipient is available to accept the shipment.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping carrier may provide instructions for redelivery or package collection.
5. Order Tracking
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.
Tracking information may take additional time to update after the shipping carrier receives the package.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before shipment. Address modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Include your order number, tracking information if available, and a description of the issue.
For damaged shipments, photographs of the exterior packaging, contents, and jewelry may help us investigate the concern.
We will review reported shipping issues and coordinate with the appropriate shipping carrier when necessary.
Any applicable replacement, refund, or other resolution will be handled in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Production Delays & Order Updates
Certain jewelry orders depend on diamond availability, supplier inventory, specialized manufacturing, and third-party production schedules.
If we anticipate a significant delay beyond the original shipping estimate, we will contact the customer with updated information and available options.
Where required by applicable law, customers will be offered the opportunity to consent to a revised shipping date or receive a refund.

Shipping arrangements for eligible returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
