The Lorelaii Promise
Fine jewelry should be as meaningful as the moments it represents. We are committed to transparent gemstone information, authentic precious metals, thoughtful service, and aftercare you can count on. The terms below apply to purchases made directly from Lorelaii Atelier Fine Jewelry LLC beginning October 23, 2026, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. These benefits do not limit rights available under applicable law.
Lifetime Limited Manufacturing Warranty
We provide a lifetime limited warranty to the original purchaser of eligible fine jewelry purchased directly from Lorelaii Atelier. For the original purchaser’s lifetime, the warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship present in the jewelry, including defects in metal construction or setting workmanship, as verified through our inspection or that of a qualified production partner.
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed, Lorelaii Atelier will repair the jewelry or, if an appropriate repair is not possible, provide a comparable replacement or other legally appropriate remedy at no charge. For approved warranty claims within the United States, we will arrange insured shipping to and from our designated service partner. Proof of purchase and claim authorization are required.
The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, bent prongs from use, routine maintenance, lost or stolen jewelry, missing stones unless caused by a confirmed manufacturing defect, accidental damage, impact, misuse, improper cleaning or storage, gemstone chips or fractures, or damage arising from third-party resizing, repair, alteration or servicing. Third-party work affects coverage only to the extent it causes or contributes to the claimed damage. The warranty does not guarantee gemstones against loss or damage during normal wear.
To request service, email support@lorelaii.com with your order number, a description of the concern, and photographs if available. Do not ship jewelry until you receive written authorization and packing instructions. We will assess eligibility before authorizing work. Reasonable service timelines will be communicated after inspection. This warranty is not transferable and does not replace any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
One Complimentary Ring Resize
Each eligible ring purchased directly from Lorelaii Atelier includes one complimentary standard resizing service requested within 12 months of delivery, subject to technical feasibility and the ring’s design. Standard resizing generally means an adjustment of up to one US ring size up or down. The resizing labor is complimentary; the customer is responsible for insured shipping to our designated service provider, and Lorelaii Atelier will cover insured return shipping within the United States.
Some styles cannot be safely resized, including certain full-eternity bands, tension settings, intricate stone-set designs, and other structurally restricted rings. We will identify known resizing restrictions before purchase when applicable. If a ring cannot be resized safely, alternative solutions may be quoted but are not included in the complimentary benefit. Subsequent resizes, extensive reconstruction, and other alterations may incur charges disclosed before approval. Contact us for authorization before sending a ring.
Diamond Grading Reports
Natural and laboratory-grown center diamonds specifically advertised as accompanied by a Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or International Gemological Institute (IGI) grading report will be supplied with the corresponding report information, either as the original report, a copy, or electronic verification details, as applicable. Report availability and issuing laboratory are stated for each qualifying stone before purchase. Smaller accent diamonds, diamond-set bands, and certain gemstones are not necessarily individually graded or supplied with individual reports.
Independent grading reports describe the stone’s measured characteristics and are not appraisals, warranties, or guarantees of resale value. The GIA issues grading reports rather than diamond certifications.
Authentic Gold and Metal Disclosure
When Lorelaii Atelier describes a piece as 10K, 14K, or 18K solid gold, the jewelry is made from the specified genuine gold alloy throughout the stated metal components—not a base-metal piece marketed as gold-filled or gold-plated. The karat designation refers to gold purity, not 100% pure gold. Other metals, where offered, are identified on their respective listings. White gold may have a protective rhodium surface finish; this does not make its underlying gold alloy gold-filled or gold-plated jewelry.
Secure Delivery and Personal Service
Customer shipments arranged by Lorelaii Atelier are sent with tracking, signature-required delivery, and transit insurance for the full purchase price of the jewelry shipped. We package jewelry securely and provide individualized assistance before and after your purchase. Shipping timelines, destinations, fees and claims procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy.
We work with established suppliers and production partners and seek responsible sourcing practices. Any particular origin, traceability, sustainability or third-party sourcing certification will be represented only when supported by documentation for the item in question.
