Can I change the metal or the stone shape of a setting?
Yes. Every setting can be made in 10K, 14K or 18K yellow, white or rose gold, or in platinum, and around any of our eight stone shapes. Choose your combination in the ring builder, or ask at your consultation.
How long does it take to make my ring?
Most rings are made to order, so timing depends on the setting and the stone you choose. Your timeline is confirmed before you order, and delivery options are shown at checkout.
Do your diamonds come with a grading report?
Yes. Every diamond comes with an IGI or GIA grading report, depending on the diamond you choose, and each listing names its grading laboratory.
How do I find my ring size?
Use our printable ring size guide next to every size selector, or measure a ring that already fits the right finger. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one and tell us in your order notes.
